The Master of Descriptions

*Do Blind People Dream?*

If dreams are manifestation of what we often see; think; or what we utmostly desire in our subconscious minds; my question herein is; do blind people dream? Are their dreams as visual as my dreams; or do their dreams manifest themselves through sense of touch? Do they dream of voices of people around them; not their faces? Are their dreams marred in obscurity?; only sounds they can relate with? Do they dream in rhythms of sounds? The symphony and the beauty of it all.

How about the dumb? Those who are inarticulate; I imagine that dreaming for them, is like watching a movie with no volume. Its mute. Only them have mastered the skills to interpret pictures and motions. The blind have also mastered the art of interpreting the sense of touch and sound.

Sometimes I wish to be either of these people. To walk in the dark with no lights; but still find my way in this world. Or be mute and quiet; seems so peaceful. Maybe I could’ve been a saint.

Maybe I wouldn’t have been a writer. That’s just debatable.

Nice… But I think blind people dream, because one may be blind in sight but not in mind, so blind and deaf dream.
