The Master of Descriptions

*Parable Of The Dog*

That feeling when you find yourself guiltily lonely. Imagine of a dog who disobeyed his master for just a single moment. The master; drags it out of the house; lays the dog in the compound; takes a whip and lash on to the dog like he never knew it.

The dog barks incessantly; it writhes in unending pain. The master leaves the dog to re-collect itself once more; panting; it drags itself trying to reach onto the foot of the master; but the raging master is blinded by anger; so he kicks his dog swiftly like a baseball; crippling it; then he goes back inside and locks the door. Its dark.

The dog lays in the epicentre of the compound. Looking desolately distrusted. The moon fades away. The starry skies are starry no more. Thunder; rain brews under the heavy clouds. Crippled; the dog lays there waiting for a shower. Yeah! It does rain on the dog.

Sad right? Of course not! Despite the loyalty of the dog; all was shrewd by one single mistake; its crippling was an act of penance. The master; always easy to anger; an ingrate.

So to you who slept with a broken heart. A bored soul. To you the master. Wake up; collect your dog; treat its wound. Let today be a new dawn.

If he hurt you; don’t let thunder strike him.
