I missed the grandest of chances to be with a beautiful woman. A decent woman who had the world’s best men cower at her feet. So I settled down for an ordinary girl who the world never knew of her existence. I gave her fame and the world knew her name. Maybe I’m the one to blame for what she became. I pulled her out of her dark and gave her the light. She thrived on it. And after all that, do you know what that woman did to me? She… (chuckles). She fucked me. (Sighs) she made love to me over and over again. Each time she could do it, it felt like the first time. Like a virgin, with time it gets better and better. It becomes less painful. With time you get over the pain, so you enjoy a streak of freedom.
The window was wide opened, so were her thighs. Light cascaded in, and cool breeze came through the window as the curtains flew to join our rhythmic waves. I laid there. Her on top of me. Riding on me like that was the only thing she was perfect at. I stared at her tits bouncing up and down. Her long hair covered her face. She flipped her hair backwards, and put one hand on her head, the other was on my chest. Her mouth gasped for breath. She Breathed so hard. My hands held her pelvic, as we danced to our own music. And times that I thought she could let it all out she didn’t. She kept on going. Her fingers were now embedded on my face, like she was clutching on to them like she wanted to uproot it. She called out my name. But that wasn’t it.
I wanted to get up and take charge, but she couldn’t let me, just yet. Swiftly she jumped on my chest, and I pulled her to my mouth. There she sat. My tongue curled inside of her like some snake slithering for the juicy part of the Apple Tree. She held on the wall, she rode on my face, my hands squeezed on to her. I felt her pouring inside of me like molten magma flowing from a volcano, it was hot. It was epic. It wasn’t all. My pintle demanded for justice. The next moment, I threw her over, bended her over for a perfect view. The next moment I was in. After all that, do you know what that woman did to me? She…. (chuckles). She made me glued to her. (Sighs). She rested on my chest and held my hands.
That woman went out to dance. See the car came and she hopped in. I couldn’t follow her steps so I got bruised. The lightning struck and thunder clapped. I did not see it all. It was in a chaotic street. She was running and I was all right behind her back chasing her. Moments from then on, she would turn around, and I’d hold her in my arms, kiss her and tell her, “I love you.” Then it happened. I saw it unfold. She got me lost in my Boyish frenzy, I saw my lust desert me. As she laid there, blood spewing from her mouth, eyes staring at me sharply with no blinking. I felt a weightless piece of crap descend upon me. (A song is singing in the background, Rihanna and mikky ecko “stay”)
And they all be wondering why my pen is broken. They all be asking why my ink is dull and full of tragedy. They all be questioning. Why don’t you smile a lot. I walk along the Streets, its hard to hold my breath. I second guess each time I’m to cross that road. I always need a hand to guide me through. They be saying that I should be strong, but how can I be when I saw all of it. When I held a warm body, and the next seconds it felt cold and heavy in my arms. When I was the last person she saw. Nobody knows it, maybe it’s a secret I chose to keep.
Sometimes I’d be letting people in. Sometimes I’d be hiding by myself. Sometimes I’d wait for that person who understands the depth of my brokenness. Someone to delve deep and tore my brokenness a part to set me free. But they keep coming and going. I give out light, and the light keeps going. They find me hopelessly broke. They leave me broken than they found me. And it doesn’t matter if they go or leave. Because somehow I’ve mastered the art of loss. And I ain’t the only one. So I speak for only me. My happiness perhaps doesn’t mean a single thing to me. So I try to make folks happy hoping someone will make me as happy. So I stay where am at. I stay where I’m at.
You still wanna know what that woman did to me…? (Chuckles) in her last dying breath, she said she don’t wanna die. I asked her to stay. But she closed her eyes. (Sighs) I… damn it!!! As time goes by you realise that there are some tragedy you can’t forget or move from. You can’t share them with anyone. The least you can do is try and supress them. Better when you have someone holding the other hand. Someone true. But what happens when you find yourself alone, huh? What happens? I’m the hero in this story, I don’t need saving.
( Funny I’m the broken one but you’re the only one who needed saving
‘Cause when I never see the light it’s hard to know which one of us is caving.)
